- Can I exchange my products? Unfortunately, all merchandise is creatively created so there are no returns or exchanges.
- Do you ship internationally? We only ship within the United States but are looking into the future to add international shipping. Stay on the lookout.
- When does my item ship? Your item will ship within 3-5 days as some items may need to be crafted. You will receive tracking within your email once it is shipped. *See Shipping Policy for COVID update
- What are the care instructions for the energy beads and bracelets? All items are delicate and should be handled with care. Please remove before showering or swimming as moisture will damage jewelry, especially dyed stones. Be sure to apply creams, hair sprays, and other products prior to putting on items.
